Store wouldnt cancel order after it shipped

I tried to cancel this order just a couple hours after making it because the contractor working for me give me one free. I was told tge order couldn't be canceled until after it shipped that the person receiving it in could cancel it then so I was still charged the 150.00 shipping fee. Seems a dirty way to do business to me.

I can't speak to the quality of the product but the freight cost a fortune and was the worst shipping experience of my life. I have had to go to the store and contact customer service about a dozen times. The first time I was there it was because I was told the product was delivered, when I got there they told me it wasn't. I have been to the store to pickup the product four times now, each time because I was told that's when it would arrive. Today was one of those days and when I got there I was told that it will be there next Monday, not this Monday like I was told the last time I was there attempting to track my order.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Steel Culvert

Just what we needed to replace the old broken culvert under our sidewalk. This culvert is sturdy and a perfect fit. A bit pricey even with shipping to the local Tractor Supply which takes a while to arrive after the first notification that it has shipped. Overall a good product and I would purchase again if we need another culvert. Thank you Tractor Supply for offering this hard to find product.
