Very disappointed with the order process

Was very disappointed when I ordered this item the store was told to put it on back order it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get it. After 6 weeks store contacts vendor to find out that their order process supposedly had been changed and we had to order it online. Ordered it online said it would take 4 days to receive. Approximately 6 days later I get an email saying it had been shipped. To only find out that it was there waiting for the shipper to pick it up. During this time we had not had no rain which would have been perfect for getting the pipe put in. The day the pipe came in the next day it started raining and because of all this delay I have still not been able to get down there and put the pipe in because it's been too wet. Very disappointed in the process and the vendor on what they told us to do. Also if they knew the store had it on back order why did they not notify the store during that 4 to 6 weeks. But they changed their order process. The way it looks now I may not be able to get the pipe in till spring. But the problem with that is I'm getting ready to have a knee replacement so it may be next year before I can get the pipe put in now
