State-of-the-art digital controls, a micro-adjustable graphite/felt platen and three super-efficient dust collection ports are just a few features that make these high-quality sanders a joy to use.

An efficient and clean dust collection system is essential to the proper function of the sander. Ensuring a healthy work environment is also dependent upon cleaning and maintaining your dust collection system. For the G0571 we recommend a minimum of 1800 CFM at the machine via the three 5" dust ports.

      My favorite machine in my shop.

      I needed this sander for a long time when I finally made up my mind to spend the money it was sitting on a ship trying to get to my shop. I have at least 14 Grizzly machines in my shop 5 shapers, a stroke sander, bandsaw, multiple dust collectors ,plainer , jointer. This sander works like a dream. I did a lot of research and found that most were probably built in the same factory. I chose Grizzly because of there great support and parts on hand. The machine is better than I hoped for. Thanks for helping me complete my shop. David Sulphur Springs, Tx.

      Very resonable price for a Good peice of equipment!

      I bought htis sander to replace my home hobby shop sander as my business has grown. Resonable priced, Works well although it is a little noisey compared to the one I had , but also a much more heavy duty industrial peice of equipment. Do have one problem with it as it requires 75 psi of air all the time and even when it is not running the air has to be turned off at the outlet as it just continues to sound like a massive air leak if not turned off at your air outlet. The machine does a real good Job and the air does keep everything in line. After hooking up power , air and dust collector . We were able to put it right to work stright out of the crate.

      Awesome Machine!

      I bought this sander in August 2015. I wanted single phase so I didn't have the expense of a phase converter. This machine does everything I expect it to do. I have ran 60, 80, 100, 150 and 180 grit belts and all worked great. I use the platen on 150 and 180. The power elevation table is great. For those who say a wide belt has to be three phase, they haven't ran one of these! The table and sanding drums were dead on accurate right out of the crate. Get a good dust collector, you'll need it. I did make one modification. The access doors come with a key to operate the latch. I turned the outside handle 180 degrees so it is toward the top. The key hangs on the handle for easy access to change belts.
