[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AC works great. It is great having an app to control it as well as the remote. The app even works to turn AC on or off or adjust settings when away from home! I wish from the app allowed you to turn the beep sound off when adjusting the settings. Also, I think the remote should have a temp display on it, so you know what temp you are setting too if not looking at or able to see device.

Hard to rate a brand new machine bad when it does what it’s supposed to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ya’ll really ought to send these demands for reviews out after the 12 month mark after ownership if you want real feedback. I bought a new window AC. Paid a lot of money for it. Not surprisingly it works and works well. As long as it works and lasts at least 10 years without issue I’ll consider this a great buy and 5-star piece of equipment. If it breaks sooner then I didn’t get the value from it that I would have hoped. 2 weeks after install… so far so good. 🤣

So you can do everything on your phone.
It also comes with remote control, it's just a very good air conditioner!!!
