Cant get replacement parts for seeder

I bought this back in May of 2025, used it one weekend and a part broke. We have now been waiting on a replacement part since then and it is now March 2026 with no update on when we would be able to get it. If we would have known it was this hard to locate replacement parts we would not have bought the seeder

I have 1 drop Too many pellets when you try and see that you should be able to put 6 inches between each seed but you cannot with this and the company doesn’t have any idea on how to make it work properly your phone just staying I have 20 acres trying to put down corn soy beans out alfalfa doesn’t work
