Cover a wide area with a broadcast width of 12 ft. Operate the receiver mount spreader controls from the driver's seat for added convenience. This spreader can be mounted to the 1-1/4 in. or 2 in. receiver of your ATV, UTV or utility tractor. The spreader conveniently comes with an on/off power switch. **Very Disappointed — Motor Is Too Weak

I purchased the Field Tuff 125 lb. Receiver-Mount Spreader expecting it to handle close to its advertised capacity. Unfortunately, the motor does not have enough power to keep the spinner rotating when the hopper is loaded.
In my experience, I could only put approximately **50 lbs. of grass seed** in the hopper before the motor struggled and the spinner would no longer properly broadcast the seed. For a spreader advertised as having a **125-lb capacity**, this was extremely disappointing.
I spent a considerable amount of time assembling, installing, loading, and trying to make this spreader work, only to find that I could not use anywhere near its advertised capacity.
If a spreader is rated for 125 lbs., I expect the motor and spreading mechanism to be capable of operating with that amount of material. Based on my experience, I **cannot recommend this product**. It was a waste of my time and patience.

The cable for opening gate is a little short when mounting on a SxS. You have to stop get out and adjust lever. Other than that it works great!

Pretty easy to assemble. Just use some lock washers as they didn't include Any and the 2 main vertical bolts lost their nuts after a few hours of use. Otherwise great product.

Ok, but not what I expected for the price I paid

Quality is ok, slide gate hangs up and doesn't open and close very well, need to have straps added to support, as seems to not fit hitch very well. When received, it looked like it had been used and returned, as there were parts already rusting and it looked like someone just took black spray paint and painted over the rust
