The plants arrived quickly. The 10"-inch assorted mini foliage plants in 4-inch pots were packed very well and the plants, dirt and pots were all intact with no dirt spill. I am very pleased my purchase.

It took days and days for these plants to arrive. This was a black Friday time of year sale, so cold outside. They put plants that have to be shipped on sale this time of year and add no heat packs or quicker shipping. I get plants from this nursery through several big box stores, and everyone else uses 2nd day air. Not tractor supply. They used regular ground shipping the slowest they offer pretty much. My plants arrived dry as a bone to the point the soil had come out of the pots and I had to purchase soil the second I got the plants. Also they were packaged so poorly that the pots the plants were in were bent and some were broken. They aren't brittle thin pots either. So I had to purchase pots as well. I had frozen leaves and lost every leaf on one plant. Another plant is covered in rust spores and has quite a few armored scale. Another plant had brown spot disease on every single leaf. I had one plant that looked ok but it was one without soil and that made it quite evident to see that it wasn't much more than a propagation. Barely had any roots at all and no new growth. Totally disappointed and tractor supply didn't even respond to my last email so I didn't bother emailing about this and wasting my time. But I will sure reply to the unsolicited "please give us a review" email. The last order I made with them they give me broken stuff and messed up flowers and I finally had to reach out to the manufacturer of the flower for a refund and the other items were tractor supply brand and they wouldn't reply to my contact on their website or my email. So I cannot recommend buying online from tractor supply and not from Costa farms at the moment because they will not insulate or heat your package like they claim and they have bad multiple pest infestations at the nursery! I may have to reach out to them to get this taken care of. In the end it cost me more to get these plants fixed when they arrived than I ever saved on that stupid sale.... They got me good!
