Headgate

Front latch to open gate does not open as easily as it should. It hangs and takes another pull.

Arrived damaged

Equipment arrived earlier than expected which was great but the materials were damaged as it was not properly packaged. I was told by Customer Service that they will not supply the necessary materials needed to do the touch-up repairs which is not good service at all.

Damaged when it arrived. Weak welds

Arrived damaged after a 2 week wait. I run a farm and ranch business and had to accept the order to make deadline tagging, branding and vaccinating cattle. Unfortunately I will need to weld the sheet metal panel into place and get a new foam handle.

No, I do not recommend this product.
