Where do I start? I ordered 2 of these kennels March 29th, it’s now May 8th and I only received one of the two kennels. After being ran around the block by the store and tartar for weeks I finally gave up on the second kennel. So I got a refund on the Second Kennel. Well part of a refund.. I did get refund for the one kennel that didn’t ever show up however I didn’t get refunded for the shipping of both Kennels when only one was shipped. So technically I paid for shipping the weight of 2 kennels all to only get one..
No, I do not recommend this product.

Kennels came scratched up which makes it rust faster. Some of the legs were smashed and slot of the black rubber things that keep water out of the pipes were missing. I spent $1200 on these kennels. 1
