Great Product at a Great Price

I purchased this product to use as a secure confinement area for my chickens. It is very rare for me to find a product that exceeds my expectations, but this product does . Product quality was excellent. Simple assembly that took less then an hour. Our chickens are safe and secure.

Not for large, strong dogs

I wanted to love this kennel, but my 115 lb Akita was nearly out in a few hours time. The wire is heavy gauge, but the welds are substandard. I wish that weren't the case as I had high hopes.

These aren’t bad, they seem pretty sturdy, and I like the expandability. But I hate that TSC stores then outside, so they’re already beginning to show signs of rust before you even bring it home. Also due to being stored outside the instructions were completely waterlogged and unreadable. They fell apart in my hands.
My only other complaint is that the latch is useless. I can’t fit a standard padlock on it. And even if I could, anyone with a wrench can easily remove the whole latch thus bypassing the whole lock. They really failed to think this through. Im going to have to wrap a chain around it to lock it shut.

Product arrived muddy and hardware packaging water logged. Missing end caps and feet. Customer support has yet to respond after multiple attempts to make contact in regards to order. Overall this product is well built, just some shoddy delivery and support
