Arrived in great shape works as it should

Havent recived it, why is this taking so long. !!!!

it has been 4 weeks and although being told my gates arrived, they are no where to be found. Not cool. Meanwhile, my construction site is wide open to vandals.

It took three weeks for gate to arrive at my local store. Store personnel were extremely helpful loading it. No instructions were included with gate on mounting. Got gate mounted and was very disappointed. Within 24 hours, gate had "drooped" and all the bars were slightly bent from the weight and was dragging the ground at end opposite from hinges. It was installed with a foot of clearance. When I opened/closed gate, it flexed and felt flimsy. I ended up adding a turnbuckle with cable wire to reinforce the gate and straighten the bars. Once I added the turnbuckle and cable, I was able to adjust it so end of gate had additional support and bars were straight. Now when I open/close gate, it feels stronger and doesn't flex and wobble. I think This reinforcement is something that should have been done by the factory, not an additional cost by the end user. Gate was unusable as received.
