    I ordered these online. Originally they said they would arrive within the next 5 business days. That wasn't accurate. The order was going on 3 weeks. They provided a tracking number that was a dead end. The status of that tracking number never changed. Then I call customer service and they're clueless. I call the manufacturer they claim they delivered the gates but the tractor supply branch they were supposed to be delivered to was clueless. Instead of trying to find my items they told me that "all they could see is what I see online". I canceled the order and never received these items and unless it's in stock I wouldn't recommend ordering to the store unless you don't mind not knowing the status of your order. I am a contractor and had a client waiting so I don't have that luxury. So I never received the gates I canceled the order.

    Heads up...online purchases

    Getting charged a delivery fee, because of ordering online, for an item that you stock should not happen. Won't do that again. Very disappointed.
