Effective decoy

This decoy has great motion that attracts predators. I used mine last night, only to have an owl swoop down and grab it and fly off with it. He flew out of sight with it so it’s gone forever. I like that it is compact and lightweight but in the future I will find a way to secure it to the ground so it can’t be taken by an owl!
