Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hypro 6 Roller Review I have used these pumps for over 20 years. Dependable. Just time to replace the old one I have

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Inexpensive Spot Fire Fighter Since the 2011 Bastrop, Tx fires, I had been thinking about a number of fire related options, and decided to try a really simple inexpensive way to get water to spot fires. This pump ended up being the only cost. It's a nice unit that includes the PTO coupler (that's not clear in the item details) Once set up, it can be installed in less than a minute. Roller pump seems well built. For some reason, something in the pump seems to stick the rollers together when dry, but, so far, they have unstuck each time I've used it. The video shows the result.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TSC Caldwell store awesome staff! Bought a couple of weeks back. Exactly what I needed at the time, using this for watering my orchard. The little electric pump I did have fried on the first row. Washington County Tractor (Brenham, Bryan, and so forth) wasn't helpful at all! "said we can piece something together at triple the price, same exact pump same exact coupling. However NO torque bracket available. And would take a couple of days for there shop to put it together." TSC comes through again! (Caldwell, Texas)

If this is used on a tank previously powered by a 12V pump, is there a pressure bypass valve you would have to purchase??

Asked by: Sls4765
Yes, you would need to use a bypass valve. Part numbers can be either 3300-001 or 3300-002.

Does this need a pressure water hose in or can it self prime from a hose connected to a tank ? i.e. could i create my own tank and pump setup. Thanks !

Asked by: tony n
Roller pumps are not considered to be self-priming so they should be mounted below the tank, gravity fed.
