REMCO's Fatboy 7.0 GPM Sprayer Pump is the highest performing 12 Volt Sprayer pump on the market. With a pressure setting of 60 PSI and its heavy duty pressure switch, the Fatboy On Demand Sprayer Pump can withstand the demands of any agricultural spray application. The Fatboy is Made in the U.S.A. and engineered with Professional Grade components able to with stand long duty cycles. REMCO's signature sealed electric motor with industry leading 12 AWG wire leads protects the Fatboy from elements and keep your pump running in the most extreme environments. The Fatboy's materials of construction are compatible with most common agricultural spray chemicals including herbicides, fertilizers, and insecticides. - A: Thanks for the question, this really is dependent on the system set up. For optimum SoftWash spray distance we recommend using a 5/8" ID hose on your reel and size 40 spray tip or larger. If this is being used for Agricultural spraying 1/2" hose can be sued for distances under 20 ft. and the spray tip should be adjusted so when the pump is operating there is no cycling our pulsation, the pump should run smooth and will shoot around 20-30 feet. Q: Does the guarantee covers if the pump is use for bleach diluted with water?

- A: Thanks for your question, the warranty only covers factory defects not chemical damage. Also we do not recommend this specific pump for blech/softwash applications, the 60 PSI pressure setting is to low for those applications. We would recommend our Smooth-Flo Series which are built specifically for Softwash and bleach applications. - A: Thanks for your question, this pump is our standard Fatboy pump and is not recommended for Bleach applications, it is built for Agricultural spraying operating at 25-60 PSI. Q: On a city watering truck with several hundred planters and hanging baskets, is there a pressure switch to shut the pump off between waterings?

- A: Yes this pump does have a pressure switch that will shut the pump off when the spray gun is closed/off. Please make sure that the spray gun is sized properly so during operation the pump runs smoothly and doesn't pulsate. That pulsating is referred to as cycling and can shorten pressure switch life. Looks like there's a lot of negative reviews, but i bought one anyways. It was on clearance for half off at my local TSC so I figured I'd try it. So far it's been great. Only thing i did was adjust the pressure since it was slightly low, easy to do and has since moved over 1000 gallons at 60psi without an issue. Would have bought 2 if the store had more!

Hooked up to a brand new 12v battery and wires immediately melted and burned up the pump. Expensive paperweight

Seems the quality of these have really gone in the toilet! I purchased one and wasn’t able to use it at all! It kept blowing fuses!!!! I went through a whole box of fuses just to get through. I took my old one, got a relay from Auto Zone and it’s working like new! A friend of mine had the same issue with two different ones! Remco really dropped the ball on this model!
