Controlling dust in a large shop can be a challenging task, but not for this machine. The G0673 10 HP Industrial Dust Collector features 5360 CFM air suction capacity and a 17.9" static pressure rating for massive amounts of collection. It can be operated as either a stationary or mobile unit. There are advantages and disadvantages to both set-ups. The advantage of the mobile system is eliminating the cost of many ducts and fittings. On the other hand, the stationary system is more versatile and convenient. Four heavy-duty plastic collection bags (with a total of 48 cubic feet of storage capacity) will easily allow you to collect from the biggest chip and dust producing machines all day long without emptying. The four upper 2.5 micron bag filters top off the machine and minimize the dust. The 5-port inlet is included for quick and economical dust collection. The G0673 manual was written by our U.S. based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your dust collector. Like all Grizzly dust collectors, the G0673 comes with a one year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects. The Grizzly Customer Service and Technical Support Teams are U.S. based. Parts for the dust collector may be available online and shipped from the Grizzly parts warehouse in Springfield, MO. Decent Bang for the Buck

This Dust Collector has been in Use in my shop for several Years now. IT REALLY MOVES the air. Upon our initial start up once the electrician was finished and our duct connected we quickly discovered how much air these moved and the power it yielded. It collapsed the duct we had installed. The duct wasn't strong enough to hold up against the suction this machine generated! This is a good problem. We installed spiral duct and all was well. The two criticisms I have for this Unit are: - ONE: the cloth Bags up top don't do as good a job holding fine particles such as MDF and HDF sawdust created by our CNC. There is always dust floating around and a Mask is necessary to simply be near it while running. -TWO: The metal that the blower housing is made of doesn't support the weight of the Cloth bags when they get saturated with dust and bend. Perhaps if the poles that are used to hold them up were of better metal which didn't bend things would be better. All that being said, we are a high production Outsource Shop and this unit collects all dust produced by: CNC and Edgebander with great efficiency. I recommend this unit for the simple reason it is a GREAT Value. Big BANG for the buck. I looked into purchasing different Dust Collectors with similar performance and they are three times the price.

We bought several of these and they really move the air. Hearing protection is required in our facility and is a must near these units. We are waiting for the installation of our major dust collection system so using these is a stop gap until the big project is complete. They are actually surprisingly effective due to the localized CFM when directly connected to a major shavings creating piece of machinery. One thing no one tells you however is the NFPA requirements for portable dust collector safety will require specific installed distances from other dust collectors, exit doors and machine operators OR significant portable protective metal or half hour wall construction of a non-permanent nature.
