Terrible stove. Exchanged it and th new one failed. It must have a design flaw. Burn pit fills up with ashes and plugs. Tried 3 different brands of pellets. House filled with smoke.

We love our Ashley stove! I would have given a 5 star but the manufacturer never called me back. They must have accidentally left the Ashley label that goes on the front of the stove out of the packaging. So, my nameless stove heats up well. :)

BAD CHOICE TO BUY

I DON'T LIKE IT. IT WAS OK FOR A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THAT IT SHEARED OFF THE PIN THAT HOLDS THE AUGER. THE FOLLOWING MONTH IT DID IT AGAIN. SO FAR IT DOES THIS EVERY MONTH. I WILL NOT BUY ASHLEY FROM U S STOVE COMPANY AGAIN. AS A MATTER OF FACT WE ARE BUYING A GRAND TETON TOMORROW FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY.
