I love this pellet stove!

This review is a long time coming. I’ve owned my Grand Teton Teewinot for 2 seasons now. I live on Long Island NY. I love this pellet stove. It provides a tremendous amount of heat and is very efficient. It OSS so easy to use and control via the app. Customer support has also been amazing. I would call many times just to learn more about the stove and they were patient and took the time to explain and to teach me things. They also taught me how to clean the stove as well. The only thing I had to replace was a temp sensor this year. I called support and they quickly shipped one out to me no charge. This stove is amazing and would definitely buy again. ST of LI!

Didn't even get a winter outa of it stopped working the hopper size is false an would not heat my 2000 square feet house when working worst stove I ever owned best place for is the scrap pile

Learning curves but does well.

Much better than I was expecting. The controls take some getting used to, but it's working well and was delivered same day. It's been up and running about a month now. It does get error messages and shuts down if you haven't cleaned it. My Harmon was self cleaning, this one needs more attention. Still a good bang for your buck though.

Not really for the stove because I never received

Never received it. Ordered it twice in one day, took a month to get my money back. There is a lot more to the story. Will never go to tsc again. Was close to hiring a lawyer to get my money back. The finally made it go through. I filled out surveys and and sent emails. They never responded. So now I just avoid tsc. Big company, one person doesn't matter. I was out 3200 dollars at one point. Finally got it back after over a month.
