I just purchased this stove on 10/16/2023 as it is on sale. I installed it the same day. We ran the stove and had the normal smoke and funky smell as it burned off the residual oils and such. My only issue was the app on the cell phone. It is a little weird, however I figured it out. The stove is very quiet when running, seems very solid and well built, and was a breeze to install. I picked this up as a primary heat source, over my wood stove in the basement (for when the power goes out), and the oil hot air furnace (for when we are away). I live in Northern Maine and the weather is frigid and bitter cold at times. We have been waking up to the house being at 59/61 degrees the last few weeks. In the lowest setting, our house was an even 80 degrees this morning. I have no doubt this stove will meet our needs and heat our two story home this winter. The connectivity to our “Alexa” is an added bonus, however being able to control it remotely from my smartphone is great.

Purchased this stove today. First of all the stove arrived scratched up and bent in places, there are scuffs nearly all over the top of the stove. The stove was never boxed and came in a pallet, there are some missing parts that the manual says should have came with the unit. I’m not sure if this is a manufacturer problem or the uncaring people that get hired to load and deliver such expense products. Working with roadie at TSC to find a resolution. I paid for a product and i expect quality and care, not mishandling of a product and allowing a product leave a store if it was in damaged and imperfect condition. We are experiencing below freezing temps and needed to replace our stove ASAP and now aren’t able to do that bc that was the only one In stock, very inconvenient and poor customer service.
