Never received it. Ordered it twice in one day, took a month to get my money back. There is a lot more to the story. Will never go to tsc again. Was close to hiring a lawyer to get my money back. The finally made it go through. I filled out surveys and and sent emails. They never responded. So now I just avoid tsc. Big company, one person doesn't matter. I was out 3200 dollars at one point. Finally got it back after over a month.

Nothing but problems. Error codes, have to wait for faulty parts. Not even 30 days old.

I bought this stove 11 days ago, and it has broken down twice since then, two different issues. The first is a design problem, where the high temp cutoff shuts the stove down after about 2 hours on high heat. I removed the left side panel to allow for better ventilation inside the machine, and it worked fine, until problem 2, and few days later. It blew a fuse. I replaced it (after finding a YouTube video because the manual is useless), put in another fuse and the combustion blower motor started smoking. Dead again. Got in touch with tech support, supplied them with description of the problem and sent requested pictures, they never called me back. Called the next day, and they told me, sure enough, the blower motor was bad, and they would send a new one. Delaying the delivery by one day. If not for all this, it's a pretty good machine. Here are some pros and cons. PROS 1. You can start and control it from anywhere. Self-starting, no starter fluid needed. Excellent cell phone app. Can control multiple parameters. 2. Holds 3 bags of pellets. 3. Puts out a lot of heat. 4. Very quiet high velocity blower. CONS 1. Reliability. 2. No ash bin. You have to vacuum it out once a day, and partially disassemble it once a week to clean out the baffles. Kind of a pain. 3. Poor documentation. The manual was useless in finding the fuse. It doesn't tell you there is an automatic screen lock, so you think the screen is broke until you figure it out (if you ever do). They refer to the high temp switch by 3 different names in 3 different places in the manual, and don't even show it on the exploded view. So all in all, a good idea, poorly executed.

I have had several pellet stove this one is the worst. Performance stinks have to clean out all the time. Won't even burn one day with out having to clean the pot. Call company for help with setting. They said just play with the setting till you get a better burn. I did nothing helped. I have always been able to leave my stove cleaning to a week at least. Very disappointed.
