We really like it we like the way we don’t have to put a lot of bags in and it lasts longer than a couple hours can’t wait to get cold enough so we can really try it out. We think it’ll be a good idea that we got it.

Not the best product

Had first one and it went bad, bought another one mid winter, did not use one ton of pellets. Winter was over went to start up following season, stove would not work, 3 weeks out of warranty could not get any help from customer service, nor tsc. This is the 2 nd one owned. Would not recommend, they are junk. Very disheartening over money spent for a crap stove. I would rather sit in a cold house then waste more money on one of these.
No, I do not recommend this product.
