- A: Thank you for your inquiry. The lowest output level is 10,771 btus that we measured in testing. Your actual btu rating of your pellets could cause your out put to be higher or lower. In terms of consumption rate the stove on the lowest setting is consuming 1.59 lbs/hr of pellets. The stove is set to modulate when set to ECO2 and will drop to the lower feed rate once the set temperature is met. Once the temperature drops 5 to 8 degrees the feed rate will increase to your current P-setting and then go back to the lowest feed rate once the temperature is met again. In some cases even on the lowest feed rate the stove can generate more heat than you lose and make the room hotter than the temperature you have set the stove to. Have a great day!5 days agoHelpful?

- A: Yes, you can vent the Grand Teton Collection Gros Ventre Pellet Stove through an existing masonry chimney with an 8-inch clay flue, but you must install a properly sized stainless steel liner all the way from the stove's exhaust outlet to the chimney cap above the roof. Totally junk does not put out heat , customer service is great but no one knows how to adjust these stoves including supervisors! Will not refund or give new stove! I do not recommend to anyone ! Stoves are made by Mr heater !
