Solid stove

I bought this to try to add heat to my whole house. It is a solid pellet stove but I believe the thermostat is affected by the exhaust piping. Due to my configuration, I can't run the exhaust pipe away from the thermostat, but closer to it. If there were options for mounting like on one of the side panels, that would allow for better thermostat control. For some reason the auger doesn't feed all the pellets. The pellets stay stuck to the sides and don't slide down into the auger leaving about 11 pounds of pellets in the hopper and not being fed. This causes a low temperature since there is no feeding of pellets, eliminating a fuel for the stove and it getting a low temperature and turning off.. knowing this, I have to plan around adding pellets to the stove. Other than that, it is a really good heat source. It looks good and easy to maintain.

I purchased the HP61 pellet stove for my elderly parents who live in the Midwest, December of 2022. Winters can be harsh there and they are too old to cut wood. They absolutely love it. They have a 2400' ranch style home and it heats with ease.
