The control panel mounting holes did not line up with the screws on the back of the stove I had to drill a new hole in order to install the controls r bracket The programming of the stove could use improvement ( Make it more user friendly ) 🙏

Great product. Far exceeded expectations

Performed far better than expected! We bought it to supplement our oil furnace. Our furnace hasn't turned on since. 4900 sq ft. Not the brutal winter temperature yet, but it's performing perfectly. Took a couple days to learn which settings were optimal for our home. With the heating oil cost now, this stove is going to save us thousands every winter. We love your stove so much. You have no idea how much less stress we have going into winter. The tutorials with the QR codes were so helpful.

This is by far the pellet stove ever. We have 2 story house and the house stays comfortable I can not wait to see how it does when it's freezing out.

Beautiful stove with a complicated use history

Recently purchased and still not able to use it without turning on and shutting down manually. Programed on temperature setting at 70 and it climbed to 78 before I shut it off. Last night I turned it on and it powered up and regulated at what it said was 70. Flames died down some and back up multiple times. At one point said cleaning and then back to heating. Never really idled at all. I turned it off and went to bed. I have a call in to tech support. Hope to resolve this problem today!
