Once it arrived, it took a good 3 hours to assemble. Note. If you could just put the parts for each step in a marked bag, it would probably save you tens of thousands a year and with no fingernails, it took me longer to remove the plastic from 6 bolts,6 washers,6 nuts etc. than it did to assemble them. Next, my yard is a new fescue which likes to be mowed at 4-6 inches. I chose 4. But even at 10 transport setting, it tries to sweep with the bag upside down. I flipped it down and it jammed to the point I had to flip it up on one wheel to remove the tightly packed pin oak leaves from the brushes, and it only free wheels one direction.My second note. Place a steel disc about an inch or two smaller than the drive wheel directly behiond it, and have a hitch pin like spring loaded device so that before heading back, you simply pull the pin outwards and rotate it so the keyway cannot slide back into the drive plate. Think clutch for the sweeper. Overall I like it. Picks up probably 80 to 95 % of the leaves. Only the pin oaks which had made it to the ground and were basically ground cover now wouldnt come up, That would require a powered vacumn which I used to own. All in all though a very robust, tight fitting, very well made product. Probably made better than I may have expected. I was pulling it with a 39 year old Wheel Horse Garden tractor which would just about pass for less than 5 years old. Again, I would definetly look into the other products I use routinely, dethatchers, spikers, pluggers, brodcast and drop spreaders. Only borrowed a powered lawn sprayer. I wouldnt mind owning one of those, Enough for today, see ya!

Assembly of the 54 inch sweeper took about 1.5 hours. Instructions was pretty straight foward. After Assembly I put it straight to work picking up leaves in my lawn. It took only a few minutes to clean up all the maple leaves in my yard. Emptying the sweeper was easy. I just backed the sweeper up to the edge of my field and dumped it, without leaving the seat of the tractor. I would highly recommend this product. Great quality product

Assembly was easy and fast with all hardware laid out and id’d on a cardboard sheet and simple directions or if needed YouTube videos. The sweeper is easy to set up and attach to mower or quad and it does a great job cleaning your lawn of leaves, pine needles and grass clippings. The bagging 54” bag capacity is huge and holds a large volume of debris. When it’s full I can simply backup to my compost pile and pull the rope for easy dumping and continue driving on. Honestly this won’t work if you’re trying to pickup a massive leaf dump, but if you use it on a regular basis to sweep it is a massive back saver over raking and also results in a nice clean lawn with little effort!. When done, it folds into a nice compact size that can be hung or simply stood up against a wall. I have other Brinly equipment (aerator and dethatcher) and I expect this sweeper holds up as well as those have!

Spent at least a couple hours putting it together only for the bag part to tear and one of the brush connectors snapped off and got wedged on the 2nd pass in the yard
