I purchased this product and when I went to use it the parts used to adjust the brushes did not work - making the sweeper useless. I tried to do the right thing and contact the company directly through email, but there is no where I found on their website to do that. On the literature that came in the box it stated to reach out to them prior to writing a negative review, but unfortunately they make that extremely difficult to do - with no chat or email option. Needless to say, I will be returning the item and will not be purchasing another product from them.

I put it together in about 40 minutes. All the parts were there and new. It took a little bit to figure out the perfect brush hight to work for my yard. Once I got used to how to hold the handle it started picking up leaves and sticks! My yard is not fully level so it took a couple passes to make it look like it was just raked!

45-02183 I am not particularly overjoyed with my purchase of the Agri-Fab 26” Leaf/Lawnsweeper, 45-02183. I definitely have some issues with the overall design, usability, and packaging of this product. Initially, when I removed the sweeper (item number 1), the hand knob for the height adjustment was loose. The awkwardness of removing item number 1 from the box caused the sliding bar to slam down on my fingers. This was not pleasant. A similar safety issue is the fact that the brush (item number 7) metal parts identified as the retainers have very, VERY sharp edges. in removing these from the packaging, I actually cut the palm of my hand. There are no safety warnings in the manual for either of these issues The “manual“ has no title. Obviously, it’s an operator's manual and an assembly guide. So why is there a separate Quick Start Guide? The “manual” identifies the parts by number and by letter, and there are part numbers. However, there are no descriptions of the actual parts. I’m expecting something like “body”, “handle”, “brush”, “hopper”, etc. Not that it’s confusing. Because the steps are obvious and the product assembled easy enough. Regarding actual operation of the lawn sweeper, the brush height adjustment knob is not easy to use. It doesn’t lock in place. And it often slips during use. The bent bag rod (item 6) often rotates and falls off the bag rod clips (item E) as it rotates regularly. This is very annoying. Dumping the hopper is very difficult. Tipping the sweeper forward does not completely empty the hopper. And lifting off the complete hopper bag frame is also very difficult. There are too many items to grab and replace. Many other similar competitive products have a single bar to grab to remove and dump the hopper bag. Also, the Quick Start Guide is the same directions on both sides of the paper. It just doesn’t make sense. On the plus side, the brushes are very sturdy and for the most part remove leaves, brush and items from the lawn as advertised. I will continue to use the leaf/lawn sweeper, but I’m not sure exactly how often I will utilize it. Thank you for your understanding.

The brush shaft started to rust after 2 weeks of use.
