Q: Can I leave water in the drum all summer or will the drum develop a flat surface? I bought this because my previous poly roller, from another manufacturer, did just that. Thank you.

- A: If you leave the water in and store it in the summer you must store it in a cool shaded place and roll the roller every few days so that a flat spot doesn't appear. If you get a flat spot pull the roller out in the sun and it should regain it shape.a year agoHelpful?

This lawn roller is much better than the OSI one they used to sell. It actually holds water, the OSI roller always needed refilled before use because of poor welds. Finally a roller that works!!! Way to go TSC.

Worked as designed

I reviewed this product a week ago. I attempted to update the review but I cannot figure out how. So I am adding this comment. I used the product to roll about 2.5 acers and the product worked as indicated. I did discover that if you are using a mower with a hydrostatic drive like my Husqvarna, it will struggle going up slopes of as little as 3 to 4 degrees. I am changing the previous review to now say I will recommend this product.
