My Ring surveillance system captured the driver—who I believe was an independent contractor for Traktor Supply—abandoning the package in the middle of my property and promptly leaving the premises. I suspect the driver's haste was a result of the severely damaged packaging, which would naturally cause concern and embarrassment during delivery. ​This experience reinforces the risks associated with online purchasing and complimentary shipping, often resulting in customers receiving merchandise that may not meet the quality standards of in-store inventory. I needed a large capacity sweeper and this one looked like the best built. It works great once you get it adjusted right. Make sure that you configure the hitch position as low as possible so the hopper bag does not drag on the ground.Now for a few problems: The assembly manual was not proofed very well, there are 5 assembly steps where the part numbers in the descrption do not match the part numbers shown in the diagrams which causes some confusion and extra time to finish assembly. Also since they only put a very light coating of grease on the gears and wheel sprockets make sure that before you use it to take the wheels off and lubricate them with white grease like they tell tou to do on page 11 Periodic Maintenance.

This item is the best purchase I have made for cleaning up the leaves on my property. The customer should know before hand that there is a video provided to assist in the assembly but without access to the internet, you have to rely on the written instructions provided.
