This thing is no joke.

10/10 can verify: The American Farm Works low impedance 6.7 joule 120 mile fence charger is spicy. I have 100% confidence it can contain, or repel any land animal in the Americas.
Feels like being instantly blinded by pain from getting hit in the head with a hammer, while fiery lightning bolts shoot out of your fingertips. Sounds like a wooden table being slapped hard by a 2" wide leather belt. I think I'm going to go lay down for a bit now.

Warrenty is useless

The box says it’s a 3 year warranty but it’s not. After 30 days the store won’t exchange it. You have to call a 1-800 number and hope the manufacturer replaces it for you. That doesn’t do you any good when it fails on a Friday afternoon and you need a fence charger right now! It takes a week and a half to get the manufacturer to ship the replacement. This is tractor supply’s brand and manufacturer of choice so TSC should do the exchange and deal with getting a credit from the manufacturer NOT the customer!

Bad out of the box

Read description on website and it looked like a pretty good buy, high output power at a relatively low price. I ordered it online for curbside pickup at my local store
I took it out of the box when I got it home from the store and heard a rattle. Shook it a little bit and there was something distinctly loose and rattling around inside the case. I returned it the next day.

horrible product and customer service

Absolutely do not buy one of these. I have had 4 go bad in the last year. I bought the power plus warranty!!! Do not buy it either. It is not in force until the manufacture warranty runs out. Called AMF customer service, was told it would be 2 weeks for a replacement. Called Tractor Supply customer service spoke with Amanda was told I need to talk to America Customer Service, They said their is a different department and transferred me to American Farm Works again. Called Customer service back and somehow ended up with Amanda again, She told me maybe call power plus and see what they will do. Nothing that is what everyone at Tractor Supply will do, Absolutely nothing. Buy a better product somewhere else, Anywhere else it can't be any worse than this one.
No, I do not recommend this product.
