The box is making the sound as if it's working but wire isn't hot. Checked all of fence and nothing seems to be wrong. Any suggestions?

Asked by: Coolbreeze
There may be a cracked insulator or something touching the fence. Please call us at 1-855-5-ZAREBA (1-855-592-7322) so we may offer troubleshooting steps. If you have a fence tester, it is advised that the energizer first be tested without the leads attached to help determine whether the energizer is in need of repair.
