I cannot get this to work. I put it in the sun for almost a week to charge and nothing. I returned the first thinking it just might have been bad, but the second one is the same. Fence tester is not detecting anything

This solar fence energizer has been doing exactly what I needed. It’s been very effective at keeping deer out of my flower garden. Setup was simple, and it’s been running reliably without issues. My only minor complaint is that the indicator light could be a bit brighter to make it easier to confirm it’s on during the day. Overall, very happy with it and would definitely recommend.
