Easy to assemble, even for one person. All the parts were present. Instructions were clear, and easy to follow. We are housing three adult bantam chickens in this unit, and it is a great fit for them. It is just now starting to snow in NE Pennsylvania, with temps getting into the mid 20°f overnight, and the house keeps the chickens warm enough that a waterer placed inside the nesting area doesn’t freeze overnight. When assembling, I would recommend putting some gorilla glue into the screw holes, just for extra holding power. Also, we will be beefing up the structure with some treated planks because as is the house sits directly on the ground. Another plus is the unit is easy to move, even by one person. We like this house enough, I am planning on purchasing another one for my sister to house her bantam silkies, when she gets them in the spring time.

I got the coop to raise small poultry. The coop was easy to assemble and to move around. The wood is thin.
