Excellent in every way.
Our US Stove arrived securely boxed and well protected. It was easily assembled from directions that were clearly written and well illustrated. The stove is accurately described and well built and keeps our 1400 square foot downstairs warm, easily controlled with an accessible damper and sturdy glass door. Two aspects that we particularly appreciate:
1. Customer service is outstanding. (Our customer service representative, Loretta, was courteous and immediately answered our question.)
2. The large, glass door allows not only easy access to the fire box, but is well constructed and we have the ambiance of cheery warmth on the coldest of days.
