Very well built little stove. Use it for my offgrid cabin that is 12x24 with a loft. It heats this cabin extremely well.

Don't shop @ tractor supply or buy us stove stoves

Order 3 of these. Had screenshots where it stated they came with a blower. Never got the blowers for all 3. Called and was told they called us stove while placing me on hold and that they would honor the online ad that was incorrect and will send the blowers in a few days. A week later I called again about the blowers, and they said give it a few more days and call bavk if they do not come. Another week goes by and when I call, they said us stove is not going to send it to me and that they have no clue if tra tor supply itself or us stove owes it to me because I did prove to them the screenshots of the ad. All of a sudden the item was taken completely off their site to purchase and nobody wanted to honor their word. I was angry so I sent all 3 back to the store and asked for all my money back on them. In all honesty...I was scammed. This is why I can't stand online shopping, and what I needed not in stores. I got rid of my membership and will no longer shop with either ts or any us stove products in the future.

Broken stoves

It came to our house dented on the top and with broken glass. We too it to local tractor supply store and returned it. We ordered another one to be delivered to the store. The glass was broken. They ordered us another one and we are still waiting with no news. We will probably go in for a refund today and try another place. So not so good.

Poor package from manufacturer. It had just a thin carboard box and as a result, the window glass was shattered. Tractor Supply was very good at doing a return and refund.

Stuck in place chilly

I can only rate the stove on purchase to home so far. I bought my unit in-store. Got it home and it is missing parts. It was the only unit in the store. Help.... can't install without the missing parts, but it is built sturdy. I like the appearance and I believe it would be a good unit, Im stuck without parts. Hopefully US Stove Co will help this disabled Army Veteran out with a great resolution! Fingers crossed
