the gears burnt up the next day. worst thing you could ever buy

Terrible quality for the price. We bought this for our son when it was first released in 2022, and the price was nearly $400. The first time he rode it, the front axle broke. We had to get a new front axle sent and I had to replace it. Then, the thing just died. Wouldn't turn on after a full charge and when the gas was pressed, just turned off. Save your hard earned money and steer far away from this.

Lost the charger, 3 emails, FOUR phone calls! All I want is to purchase a charger! They won't return emails or phone calls! ABSOLUTELY CRAZY

Bought two of these, after a few weeks one stopped working, called the toll free number, all it was is a answering machine to send an email. sent email, they sent me a replacement part that did not fix the problem. It is about 2 months now and still nothing resolved, BOTTOM LINE, GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY.
