Missing entire parts bag

Missing entire parts bag. Can’t put it together because all the parts and tools , hub caps, front wheel caps. Pretty much everything you need to put the mower together is missing. There were two packages of handles, which does me no good. Grandkids are not going to be happy.

We purchased the first one, it was supposed to be sent to the store closest to us within 25 minutes away. They shipped it to a location more than an hr away and we had to drive to get it for it to.be here for 2 days & caught on fire. We exchanged it immediately. Now it's been 2 weeks and here we are again & the same part that caught on fire on the first one is smoking & has a small spark. I do not recommend this item, obviously the wiring is incorrectly installed before boxes to be sold.
