Company picture is very deceiving

Bought this for my doggo as he likes to hide under things and snuggle under the blankets occasionally so I thought he would like it. The picture online made it look like it has more of an opening than the other main brand of cave beds, so I thought it would be good. However the foam support that is supposed to keep the "cave" open is extremely floppy so it doesn't stand up. Maybe it works better on the smaller versions, but for the 35 inch bed it doesn't stay up and the bed isn't as "deep dish" as it looks in the company photo. I would describe it as more of a "nest" than a cave. I gave it 3 stars since at least my dog likes curling up in the nest.
Also the exterior material feels more like suede, rather than whatever vegan leather is meant to be.
