    For everyday practical shop uses, this is the perfect vice. I'm a DIY guy. I'm not welding railroad irons or banging on heavy equipment with a 8 lb Sledge hammer. I needed a good vise that can hold an object while I work on it, wrench on it, weld on it, grind on it,whatever, this vice is perfect for what I needed and the price was right. Nice little vice.

    At this price point, I thought this vise was an excellent buy. The vise seems to be well built, good jaws and the swivel action works well and clamps down securely. I'm very happy with this product.
