Good for short legged ladies :)

So this is an - I JUST got these today review . I wouldn't normally do this but since I just had to toss my regular , cute chicken mid muck boots that were not the artic I wanted to review the immediate difference I feel . 1 st I ad to size up . I am normally a 7.5 max but because of my previous odd experience with the mids being tight over time ( also the experience of 2 other people in our family with their muck boots) . So I sized up to an 8 and glad I did - I can wear these with winter socks . The height of these arctic mids are higher than the regular mids . This again is good since I am 5.1 ‘ with a 13” floor to back of knee height . The regular mids however are too short for our lovely Indiana weather on the farm in which we are often wading through ankle deep mud that would splash over the top. These Arctic mids are a little higher that makes a difference . The traction on the sole I am sure will help me from slipping on the same soupy mud ! However the fabric trim at the top I can see will need high socks or it will rub the skin and my calves are only 13” in circumference . I can not speak to waterproofing but I am sure they work like other muck boots have just hope they they hold up longer than 2 years and don’t get holes in the neoprene portion. Like the old ones did . These are for Real farm use , 9 horses , chickens & Indiana weather .

Yes, I recommend this product.

Boots so nice I bought them twice

I bought these boots a few years ago and really got my money's worth out of them. I work on a farm and it is very cold and muddy in the winter months. These boots kept my feet warm and dry. I'm able to wear wool socks and have my feet still fit in my normal size. After a few years the soles started to split from the boot and so this year I ordered another pair. I would say the sole splitting is normal for the amount of use I got out of these boots. Also super comfortable and easy to walk in, could wear them all day and I usually do!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Low quality, not worth the money

Don't buy these if youre planning on using them for farm chores... I bought these a year ago and the bottom of both boots has already blown completely out. 5 stars for comfort, 4 stars for traction in the snow/ice, 1 star for warmth & insulation (even with wool socks these don't keep your feet warm when its 15F outside), 1 star for not being waterproof after the bottoms completely ripped off, 1 star for durability... and because they arent durable, 1 star for the price. Hoping that Boggs will be a more solid choice and will last longer than a single winter on the farm

No, I do not recommend this product.
