The measurement of the hatch opening is: Hatch Hole Outside Measurement 7 ½ Hatch Hole Inside Measurement 6 ¾’s Hatch Hole Depth 7 5/8’s The hole opens up to the inside of the kayak and is not contained. We do have a bucket that fits into the opening that can be purchased through customer service if desired.a year agoHelpful?

On sale for $200. Stable, moves clean thru the water. Recommend you have your gear squared away if you're fishing as you don't have alot of open surface area.

Received it looked better than I thought it would. I wish I had noticed the lettering was messed up when I picked it up. But it was outside for who knows how long. The product itself was excellent other than that.
