I’m sure I will like it once I receive it however I have not received it yet. I am unsure why but the item it seems to be taking a long time to arrive . I was also unable to have it shipped to the store to avoid paying delivery fees which were almost the same price as the item I ordered. My Kayak was 175.00 and the shipping fees were 149.00 I tried to order in the store and an associate was not able to have it shipped to the store to save me shipping fees. So , so far I am unable to correctly rate my experience but I am not happy as of yet. Also I am a first responder for my State and region and have been repeatedly denied after submitting my credentials and certifications..I’ve asked for help through the support line and was not provided a response.
