Only one left so I purchased it, when I showed up, it was very weathers, missing the drain plug and paddle. Found the paddle and the paddle broke first time I used it from being sun beaten.

Had the kayak delivered today but it was missing the paddle. The kayak itself is so sun faded it’s nothing we would have chosen as a new one. The closest store with one in stock is to far so it is what it is.

The kayak arrived in poor condition. While the delivery team acknowledged it was dirty, that did not account for the sun damage and scratches that were clearly evident after washing it off. Upon contacting the store, we were told our only options were to return the item or drive to their location for a possible discount—despite the fact that it was a delivered item and we live far from the original store. The kayak wasn’t just dirty—it was heavily discolored, scratched, and coated in grime that took nearly an hour of power washing and scrubbing to partially remove. When we raised these concerns, the store dismissed them, claiming all their kayaks end up looking this way and insisting it hadn’t been stored long. The manager was curt, unapologetic, and conveyed a clear “you get what you get” attitude, offering no meaningful resolution.
