Use this Imperial 8 in. x 6 in. Black Reducer with Crimped Small End when connecting from an 8 in. wall or chimney breach to 6 in. stove pipe. The heavy-duty reducer features 24 ga. pre-painted black steel construction for durability. This reducer also includes a satin black finish for a clean look.

  • 24 ga. pre-painted black steel construction for durability
  • Small end is crimped for easy assembly to round pipe or fittings of same diameter
  • Reducer with satin black finish for a clean look
  • Crimped end should be oriented toward stove to allow for condensation and creosote to flow down inside pipe
  • Each connection should be secured using minimum of 3 sheet metal screws
  • Unshielded minimum clearance to combustible materials is 18 in.
  • Single-wall black pipe system is an economical way to vent from woodstove to entrance of chimney or where system breaches wall or ceiling
