Cancelled half of order before I could pick it up

I made two separate orders for an install of a wood stove. Some stuff at the store, some stuff shipping to the store, some stuff shipping to my house and one item for reasons unbeknownst to me shipped to a Morgan Utah Store. The thing is: None of it is useful without all of it. I learned stuff cancels automatically if you don't pick it up in 48 hours. Their response: We only authorize at purchase and don't charge until it's picked up. My response: That's just stupid. I bought the stuff, go ahead and charge it. Don't jst cancel half my order because "it's company policy". Your customers don't want to hear that, they just want their stuff!

Great new store poor larger store system.

Subject: Concerns Regarding Recent Purchase and Customer Service Experience
I wanted to express my overall satisfaction with the product and the exceptional service provided by the store employees and management. However, I encountered significant issues with the new computer system, store-to-store communication, and particularly the Customer Resolution process. The Customer Resolution representative’s demeanor was concerning, although she eventually resolved the situation.
Moreover, the store’s communication system needs urgent attention, and I experienced inconvenience due to being charged twice for a product – first for an unavailable item and then for its replacement. The delayed refund process and the blame on the bank were disappointing. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly for an improved customer experience.
