The Imperial 8 x 24 in. Black Stove Pipe is used to connect your woodstove to the entrance of the chimney. This stove pipe features a 24 gauge pre-painted black steel construction with a satin black finish. The male end of this single-wall black pipe is crimped for easy assembly to round pipe or fittings of same diameter.

  • 24 gauge pre-painted black steel construction
  • Male end of this black stove pipe is crimped for easy assembly to round pipe or fittings of same diameter
  • Satin black finish
  • Crimped end should be oriented toward the stove to allow for condensation and creosote to flow down inside the pipe
  • Each connection should be secured using minimum of 3 sheet metal screws
  • Unshielded minimum clearance to combustible materials is 18 in.
  • Imperial black stove pipe has a snap lock assembly
  • Single-wall black pipe is an economical way to vent from a woodstove to the entrance of a chimney or where the system breaches a wall or ceiling

Difficult to assemble

a year ago
Very difficult to assemble into a round shape and equally difficult to assemble lengths together. Had to use a crimping tool to further crimp and bend the starting lip inward.
