I made two separate orders for an install of a wood stove. Some stuff at the store, some stuff shipping to the store, some stuff shipping to my house and one item for reasons unbeknownst to me shipped to a Morgan Utah Store. The thing is: None of it is useful without all of it. I learned stuff cancels automatically if you don't pick it up in 48 hours. Their response: We only authorize at purchase and don't charge until it's picked up. My response: That's just stupid. I bought the stuff, go ahead and charge it. Don't jst cancel half my order because "it's company policy". Your customers don't want to hear that, they just want their stuff!

This is now the third one of these I've installed, not only for myself, but for my customers. I like these a lot.

Works well as intended. Good quality product overall.
