Our all-in-one chimney kit has everything you need except the necessary lengths of a chimney pipe and connector pipe to save time and guesswork. This high-quality kit includes DVL and DuraBlack chimney adapter, snap-lock adapter with trim, 23 in. square ceiling support box with trim, adjustable flashing 0/12-6/12 pitch (larger pitch sizes are available and sold separately), chimney cap, storm collar and ceiling support box insulation collar.

I'm slow, but why would they label the kit as 6" kit when the pipes that connect to the inside of the ceiling box must be 8" pipes?

Watch out for tripple wall...woops

My bad, I thought I was getting double wall but instead I got triple wall...didn't know there was such a thing...go figure. Once I discovered that it was a triple wall, it would have got expensive to get the tube that goes from the box up so I now need to find a double wall cap and 1 double wall section of pipe...oh well. I can use the metal box though

You have to have 10” outside diameter triple wall pipe to use this kit. They should state this in the description. Also it doesn’t come with a pitched roof flashing it came with a flat roof flashing piece.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Comes with all misc pieces to complete chimney installation, except nails and ceiling framing. The most difficult task was securing the ceiling support box to the framing as this needed to be done from the top of the support box some 2 feet deep and, in my case as the roof was less than 1 foot from the top of the box, from the roof itself at the extreme limit of my reach.
