No one else had Crevecouer chicks available. Fast delivery too

Sweet girls. All 10 arrived alive, but sadly 5 died within the first 48 hours. The rest are thriving and seem happy. The hatchery did refund some of my money since there were casualties. Overall, I would buy chicks from here again.

I received 10 healthy bouncing chicks and only lost one a few days later. He was smaller than the rest so not surprised in the slightest. So far they’re all growing like weeds, they’re very friendly and beautiful! Hoovers has standard black birds, blues and rare whites in their breeding flock and I was lucky enough to receive all three varieties. So far so good with these beauties but too soon to tell on genders or how they’ll compare to the SOP. Overall very pleased with my order, especially since they’re such a rare breed!

The 20 crevecoer chicks I ordered, died in the first couple days. They seemed smaller than usual, and sickly. The seperate box of barred rocks, were usual size, and perfectly healthy. I got a refund, for the box that died, by a very sweet customer service lady, but then a week later, was charged for them a second time. Tsc customer service says they don't see it in their computer and she had no interest in me sending proof with my bank statement or screenshot that clearly shows it as tsc with reference number and all. She said I'd have to take it up with Hoover's. I said the charge specifically says TSC. She was uninterested and suggested I take it up with my card company. I'd like my money back. Preferably before I go through the 2+ week hasle of waiting for a new card, if I report it to card company, cause that is our only money right now. I order chicks every year, and never had an expirience like this. At the very least the lady could have been less rude and dismissive. She wouldnt even try to look up the reference number. She just kept repeating that Id already been refunded.. yes that is true, but then I was charged a second time on Jan. 18th. Very frusterating
