I have ordered pullet chicks twice now from this company and both times chicks arrived at my post office all 10 were alive and well. All 10 lived and I had no roosters all were pullets. Both sets of chickens started laying at 4 1/2 months old and so far are excellent layers. I highly recommend ordering from this compnay.

04/22， I put orders for 30 assorted wyandotte chickens, and arrived 04/22, but maybe due to the cold weather of 04/21, many of them were in bad conditions, and on 04/24 noon, 13 of them died, and I feedback online on your website around 48 hours of receivement according to your promise, request to refund and got the response that you will react in several business days, but there is no respond till now. I also tried to reply the email you sent , but it did not receive and bounced back, now If you give me a contact email, I would like send photos of dead chicks to you. I do not criticise you for the sudden bad weather, but you should respond my information in promise time. If you still not respond, I have to call your number.
