Q: My gas hookup and inlet are about 100 feet apart. Can I run a 100 foot 3/4 natural gas line to the generator or will it lose to much pressure because of the distance? The other option would be to run a 50 ft gas and 50ft 50 amp cord?

- A: I am not a certified plumber but I have mine with 50 feet and so far so good, no problems with gas distance, I am almost positive about you could run a metal gas pipe 100 feet without losing pressure.11 months ago
