Easily put together. Quality Kohler engine. Be sure to add oil before using and check level after use. True to its claims, this chipper will eat up to 6” diameter - just be sure that it is mostly green, freshly cut wood and that your blades are pretty sharp. Gnaws through 2-4” thickness relatively easily. Pulling this behind a pickup is certainly possible but you may need a hitch that comes down an inch or two. Alternatively, it is very easy to pull behind a UTV or ATV. I could wish for larger main tires/wheels - that would make it easier to navigate through rough terrain. That being said, I pulled mine with an mid-sized ATV through a somewhat bumpy pasture. On a related side note, although the chipper weights upwards of 400+ pounds, it is not a problem to push/wheel around on concrete which makes it possible to park in pretty tight spaces. While I appreciate the articulating exit chute, it would be great to tweak it even further, maybe a longer, larger hood, to better direct wood chips. Another thing that would be good to know is where to find additional drive belts. I can foresee a time when that would be very good to have on-hand and likely easy to replace. Speaking of easy, both the entry chute and exit portion of chute closest to the centrifugal cutting implement are VERY easily accessed. This makes clearing things out a breeze and prevents frustration with hard starts or mysterious jams. This feature is beyond a doubt my favorite. Although the price tag is a little steep, it seems to be well made and does what the marketing department claims. With the convenient transportation options and durable engine, I expect to happily use this for years to come.

Instructions and pictures don't match up. It is a beast to set up. First issue was a black spacer for the axle to install the tires, said 2, update said 1, and they provided none! Then the front axle only needed bolts as they updated it to not need the nuts they provided. The photos show the end state w/o an explanation. Finished everything and added oil and gas, turned on gas, choke, and moved throttle up. Won't start! Thankfully the number they provided for assistance takes messages... they won't return a call! But you can leave a message. I'll update it if I ever get it running. At this point its a 450lb paper weight!
