Love my safe, there was a small chip on the top but nothing that a little white paint did not fix, can't even tell now. Package very, very well. It was crated to a pallet and it took quite some time before I was able to get on-line and find out I. had to open my safe from the manual instructions to unbolt it from the pallet. The instruction manual was also in the safe. It would have been nice with the order if they had let you know to read the instruction manual first and unlock your safe to unbolt from the delivery pallet. Easy to use, love the layout and it is nice looking in my bedroom.
Yes, I recommend this product.

he door is warpped because of a welding error, and is VERY hard to shut, and there is a place on the bottom that looks bad, where the paint run because it was sprayed o. So thick trying to cover up a deep scratch. I was told to call cannon safe co. but they will not do any about it because it was already picked up. Very frustrating and disappointing that a company such as cannon would do that. My last cannon purchase.!!!
