Q: What are the dimensions of one of these brackets…pretty sure it’s nowhere near the listed 32”..?

Q: My fence is metal with wooden posts. I have racoons coming underneath. Can I attach these at the bottom of each 4x4 and run the galvanized through the hole? Will that still conduct the electricity on down the line?

- A: This product is not an insulator. If a hot wire were run through it, the fence would short out. Wood is not a sufficient insulator for electricity.We recommend using plastic insulators on for electric fencing.5 years agoHelpful?

These are exactly what I needed
Too bad these aren't available in the store like the posts they are used on. That was fairly inconvenient. I could not complete the project in one day. These don't take up much space. Seems like they could easily carry them in the store. Other than that they work great. When I used these 10 years ago, I bought them in the TS store with the posts. Not sure what gas changed.
